Send A Site Question
Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For a search issue, include the words you entered and the app page you expected to find. Use only one submission for the same issue unless important new information becomes available.
What A Contact Confirmation Means
A reference number identifies the stored request but does not guarantee that a public page will be changed. A privacy request may involve correction or deletion of a stored contact, FAQ, review, or subscription record. The website cannot promise changes to a third-party app, account, payment, or external destination.
How Contact Data Is Used
An email address may be needed to identify a contact request, subscription, FAQ question, or review connected to the requester. A privacy request should identify the relevant form type, approximate submission date, and email address without revealing unrelated secrets. Stop and remove sensitive details before sending a message if they are not necessary.
